“In the midst of movement and chaos, keep stillness inside you!”
Why do we like this quote?
I’m an Englishman and proud of it. This quote reminds me of a very popular saying synonymous with the Brits, “Keep calm and carry on”.
It’s not just in times of exceptional chaos that this rings true, it’s in our everyday lives. The stresses you may feel whilst stuck in traffic when a driver cuts in front of you or on a long train commute where you’re crammed in a train carriage like a tin of sardines.
There are many situations you’ll come across regularly where this quote is appropriate and worth remembering so write it down and review it daily until it becomes engrained in your everyday behaviour.
